You may participate in the monthly Picnics or Potlucks sponsored year round by the park. There are many planned activities available during the Fall and Winter Seasons including dinners and dances. The Golf and Bowling Leagues are always looking for new members. There is never any shortage of things to do and enjoy.

There is a boat launch ramp across the street from the park that gives direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Crystal Beach is within easy walking distance. It is only 3 miles to gulf beaches for shelling, swimming and sunsets. With nearly 365 days of sunshine here, most days encourage the enjoyment of outdoor recreation. Proximity to both fresh and saltwater facilities give our guests a wide choice of water oriented recreation. Freshwater anglers enjoy good fishing in Lake Tarpon while saltwater fisherman head for the Gulf of Mexico. Water sports enthusiasts water ski, jet ski and cruise or sail either the Bay, Lake Tarpon or venture into the Gulf waters and beyond. Locally you will find our white sand beaches are ranked among the best in the country.
