For Your Comfort and Safety Please Observe the
Following Guidelines |
- Park speed limit: 5 MPH.
Pedestrians have the right of way.
- Pets must be on a leash at all
times. No more than 2 pets per site. Owners are responsible for immediate
cleanup. Pets must not constitute an annoyance or
danger to other guests. Do not leave pets unattended
at your site. Pets are not permitted in buildings or
pool area.
- Parents are responsible for their
children's safety and behavior. Small children must be
accompanied at all times.
- Obey all pool regulations as
posted at pool entrance. Bathing suits are
required to swim in pool. Children must be accompanied
by an adult.
- Airtight seals are required at
the sewer connection.
- No lines permitted in sites.
Wash may be hung in drying yard in laundry area.
- Place all trash in the provided
dumpsters.
- All visitors must register
at office upon arrival.
- Park vehicles in front of
units.
- Only one RV and one vehicle
(truck/car) per site.
- Gate cards for access
through the electronic gate are available for renters for a
charge of $5 per card, refundable upon return.
- All "fast food" deliveries
must be met in the parking lot.
- Please observe Quiet Time -
10:00pm to 7:00am.
- First Load Wash - 7am. Last
Load Wash - 9:30pm.
- Mail is received daily
except Sundays and Holidays. It will posted at your
assigned box.
- All Guests will park in
visitors parking area outside the security gate.
If your guest is handicapped, park your vehicle in the guest
parking area so your guest can park at your site.
- Rec Hall hours are from
8:30am to 9:00pm. The hall stays open for special
events and in the case of Severe Weather Warnings.
- Hand Watering is allowed on
Tuesday only. No sprinklers.
- Cargo Trailers may not be
kept on site at anytime. They must be put in the
storage area with Manager approval.
- Boats may be kept on site a
maximum of 3 days with Manager approval.
- Fire pits are
not permitted by local ordinance.
- This is an Adult Park.
We do however permit families during the summer months.
Two children per unit, but must leave by October 1.
- Relatives of tenants are
permitted during the Winter months for no more than 2 weeks.
- CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00am
